How much does shipping cost?
It depends on your location, how heavy and/or big your package is, the price of your items (since you could be eligible for free shipping!) and the shipping method you choose. You can check it in your cart before checking out!
What shipping carriers do you use?
I ship with Correos (Spanish courier), and all shipping methods include tracked shipping number!
Where do you deliver?
We ship internationally except for the following places: Australia, Fiyi, Isla Norfolk, Isla Ascención, Islas Cooks, Islas Pitcairn, Islas Salomón, Israel, Kiribati, Nauru, Niue, Nueva Caledonia, Papúa Nueva Guinea, Polinesia Francesa, Samoa, San Marino, Timor Oriental, Tokelau, Tonga, Tristán de Acuña, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Wallis y Futuna. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order if your order did not include a preorder item in it and ONLY if I have not shipped your order yet.
Can I get a refund?
For customers within the EU, and following European and Spanish consumer protection laws, you can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Just ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging. 💌✨ Once we receive it back, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible!
For international orders outside the EU, please note that these refund conditions don’t apply, and I’m unable to offer a refund on those shipments.
My order is damaged or it got lost in the mail, what can I do?

If your item arrived damaged or got lost in the mail, don’t worry—I’m here to help! 💌✨ For orders within the EU, you’re fully covered under European and Spanish consumer protection laws, so you can request a replacement, repair, or full refund for damaged items. 🌈

My order includes a preorder item, when will it be shipped?
If your order includes a preorder item, your order will be shipped once the preorder item arrives. Please take this into consideration before placing an order!
Tracking & Delivery
When will my order be shipped?
Please allow 6~10 business days for us to print / hand-make and dispatch your order. We usually send out early orders within 7 business days, but occasionally we need a bit more time when we receive many orders at once, which is why we request an additional 4 business days just in case. However we always do our best to not make our customers wait too long. Thank you very much for your kind patience and understanding. ♡
Can I change my delivery address?

How can I track my order?
When you make a purchase, you will receive and email with the tracking number and the carrier you chose, so you can check the status of your order anytime!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most Spain orders take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. If you live in Europe, it takes around 1 week. International shipping delivery times may vary between 1-2 weeks.
My package was sent back! What should I do?
We occasionally get packages sent back to us if the delivery is unsuccessful and not claimed in time.
If your package is unclaimed at your address, and then sent back to us, we will contact you via email. ♡
T-shirts & Cushions
Can I cancel the order of my T-shirt?
T-shirt order changes must be made within 24 hours of the initial order. We cannot provide a refund or cancellation after that. If you need to change or cancel your T-shirt order within the 24 hours, email shop.noririn@gmail.com with your order number and details of your changes / cancellations.
How can I wash my T-shirt?
♡ Wash inside out with cold water (BEST) or max 30º using a gentle cycle.
♡ Hang-dry.
♡ If needed, iron inside-out on lowest setting while avoiding the print.
Same with the cushions!
